Shipping Policy

 

Notis targets fast shipping to ensure a good experience for our customers by processing and shipping orders as quick as we can. However, some delays to orders may be out of our control if the issue is to do with customs or the postal service company.

Shipping Times - After processing all domestic orders (New Zealand) are shipped by Nz Post who aim to deliver all products within 3 business days

Shipping Times - After processing, all international orders are handled by NZ Post who aim to deliver international packages within 6-13 business days.

Customers are provided with a tracking number after processing to see the location of their package. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require and extra 3 days for processing.

Returns Policy

 

All items are put through an authenticity check to ensure 100% legitimacy before being sold, If you have received a product that has major flaws that would have effected the reason for purchase e.g missing parts or is significantly different from the description provided please feel free to get in contact with us so we can arrange a full refund.

Notis will not be held responsible for any damage to the product during shipping or factory flaws to the shoe. Our products are packaged carefully and will not be sold if the damage happened before arrival to us. Therefore, no refunds will be provided for reasons like this. Additionally, we cannot provide refunds/swaps for a size change as we cannot guarantee stock in all sizes, please double check our size guide before placing an order to get an accurate interpretation of size.

Minimum Membership Renewal

 

When purchasing a membership you will be able to cancel this at any time. Your membership will have a minimum renewal amount of 2 times meaning you will be billed directly upon purchase. If you wish to cancel before the end of the following month you will be billed again at the end of the month giving you full access to the membership for the remainder of that time. Notis does not offer refunds for not taking this into consideration before purchase.

Max Quantity

 

Customers who have Signed In and purchased a monthly/yearly membership have access to retail pricing on all products. Additionally, only one 'Members Only' product may be purchased per order due to shipping expenses and limited stock.

Color Display

 

Notis will not be responsible for any difference in color due to the color display through the device used to purchase the product, please be very sure of the physical view of the shoe before confirming your purchase as we will not provide refunds for this reason.

Processing Times

 

Please allow for 1-20 business days processing time to allow for Notis to sort your order out, providing leeway for stock and supplier availability before we begin the shipment process with our postal service
